Eco Friendly Badge Holders

These are bespoke made in any size in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 0.25mm to 0.5mm weight.  They can be supplied plain (clear) fully customised and printed with your event category or event logo in any position.  Please see below for the different types of Eco friendly materials we are able to offer for the soft badge holders.

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) badge holders have many advantages like good physical properties, degradable, non-toxic and non-plasticiser.

The process is Eco-friendly, and there is no DMF residue in the final products.

TPU is a kind of thermoplastic materials, and raw materials in producing process can be recycled and is biodegradable.

These badge holders are made with Clear EVA material, an earth-friendly biodegradable material that contains fewer environmentally hazardous compositions than PVC.

EVA material naturally has an Anti-print transfer technology (prevents ID imprint from sticking and transferring to holder).

We also offer a range of rigid single-sided badge holders manufactured using oxo-biodegradable plastic. Although a form of plastic, these drastically reduce the carbon footprint left by the normal range of rigid card holders.

We have also considered durability and sustainability with the product design which has a moulded ridge which will drastically reduce ID card cracking and damage whilst being used.
